Exchange Eligibility
We offer Exchange Only. We do not offer refunds on purchased products.
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- The item is unused and unwashed.
- The original tags and packaging are intact.
- The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The product is in its original condition.
Exchange Not Accepted
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged.
- Products without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or altered products.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days of purchase.
Exchange Process
Customers requesting an exchange should contact us via WhatsApp or visit our store with the product and original purchase receipt. After inspection, eligible products will be exchanged according to this policy.
